historic charm and excellent service
convenient service very nice view
the hotel provided a convenient complimentary rickshaw service because taxis cannot access the entrance. i found the hotel staff to be quite professional. the rooms boast very nice lake views! the restaurant service was fast and the staff were helpful.

the rooms are spacious and clean. my room had very nice views, in fact! the rooms include a beautiful jharoka and a private terrace with lake views.

decent stay with a few drawbacks
ideal location breakfast buffet fresh dosa ongoing works marble workshop
the location was ideal for me. i had a room facing the lake. i spent time relaxing on the terrace. the breakfast buffet included fresh dosa.
it was noisy due to ongoing works. the noise came from a marble workshop nearby too.

Balanced stay experience.
outdoor restaurant spacious room communication inconsistency warm water
The location offers a great experience. The outdoor restaurant provided views of the lake. I also enjoyed the clean, spacious room.
I found some aspects disappointing . The inconsistency in communication was frustrating, and I experienced difficulty contacting the reception. The warm water was barely usable.

absent wi-fi constant noise
i found Several aspects of my stay QUITE unsatisfactory. the wi-fi signal was practically nonexistent, A MAJOR inconvenience. the absence of readily available hot water in the mornings was particularly vexing and compounded my disappointment. the hotel requires immediate attention to these issues.

Mixed Feelings About this Hotel
breakfast quality noisy room
Waking up at 5 a.m. was a daily event. The door did not block out any noise. I requested a quilt and got a promise but no quilt ever arrived. The staff provided incorrect information about restaurant hours. Most staff did not speak English. The breakfast had very little choice and lacked quality.
